Applications

Toddler Program Application Ages 12 – 36 months

If your child was born between April 1, 2024 and August 29, 2025, your child is eligible for our 2026/2027 Toddler Program.

Children in our toddler program who turn three before the end of the school year will transition to our PreK program and tuition will be adjusted accordingly.

Preschool/Kindergarten Program Application, Ages 2.5 years – 5 years

If your child was born before June 1, 2024, your child is eligible for our 2026/2027 Preschool/Kindergarten Program. Please note that your child must be at least 30 months (2.5 years) old to begin in our Preschool/Kindergarten Program.  Depending on your child’s date of birth, their first date of eligibility might be as late as December 1, 2026.

Previous School Questionnaire

If your child has attended school or childcare previously, we ask that you send this questionnaire to them for completion along with your application.
