Dave Snow – Financial Director

In Memoriam, 1959 -2017

After 25 years working as a consultant and business owner, Dave liked to say that he jumped ship from the computer industry to join BWK.  He was our Financial Director and grounds and animal caretaker, lovingly known as “Farmer Dave”.  Dave’s passions were hiking and camping in the mountains, fishing, hanging out with animals, swimming in the ocean, and especially being a father and husband.   Dave had a degree in biology, ecology and animal behavior, and early work experience in the marine fisheries.  He grew up in Portland and on the Oregon coast. 

Farmer Dave’s love of animals, his dedication to children, and his gentle spirit will always infuse our school.
