Edie Lee Merrill – Assistant Teacher

Edie Lee was born and raised in Maine and recently moved to Colorado with her three children. She received her associates degree in Early Childhood Education in 2011 and has been gaining experience in the classroom ever since. Edie spent some time in a Montessori classroom and has been enjoying learning more about different teaching methods. Although she doesn’t have a background in Waldorf education, she is excited to learn more and be a part of the BWK family.

Outside the classroom, Edie spends a lot of her time outdoors finding water with her children. They enjoyed their time living on a lake in Maine and have been on the search for good watering holes here in Colorado. Some of Edie’s other hobbies include singing, crafting and baking with her kiddos.
